SHIPMENT DETAILS

Packages are generally dispatched on Monday, Wednesday and Friday and are shipped via UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Within Europe, you can also choose Packeta shipping service. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packaging fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment.

Shipping fees do not include any customs-related fees. If you order outside of EU, your price includes 0% VAT. VAT and customs fees are likely to be charged upon the arrival of your order by the shipping company. These fees and VAT are different in each country. Feel free to ask us if you have any related questions.

We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but we take special care to protect fragile objects.

Postal packages are amply sized, with your items well-protected inside.

RETURNS

Risk-Free

Bastl instruments Shop offers risk-free returns for nearly all items. Most items purchased from our store have a 30 day return policy starting from the date of shipment. If a return is initiated within 14 days of the original shipment date no restocking fees will be charged.

If the item arrived damaged, please take a photo of the item and the box, and email it to shop@bastl-instruments.com to obtain your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).

Domestic & International Returns

  1. Locate your order number.
  2. Contact us at shop@bastl-instruments.com to obtain an RMA                
  3. List the items you would like to return along with a detailed description of the issue(s).
  4. Repack the item with all documentation, cables, accessories etc. in the original product box. Place all merchandise in a shipping box; you may use the original shipping container, provided it is in good condition.
  5. Once the return is approved, ship the order back to us within three business days of receiving the RMA.

Once we have received your return at our warehouse, please allow 3 - 4 business days for us to process the return. During this time we'll inspect the item to make sure it was returned in like-new condition. If the item is damaged, or is missing any original accessories, a restocking fee will be charged.

*Please note that Bastl Instruments Shop is not responsible for duties or taxes for returned international shipments.

Warranty Returns

To initiate a warranty return please contact us on shop@bastl-instruments.com. 

In your message, please include:

- Order number

- Date of the order

- Item name

- The issue with the item

We will contact you as soon as possible.

*Please note that all shipping charges are covered by the customer both ways.

Return Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for return:

- Secondhand Items

- Demo & B-Stock Items

- DIY kits

- Special order items

- Instruments that require contact with the mouth in order to operate

- Apparel

Refund Times

Once the item is received in our warehouse please allow 3 - 10 business days for the refund to arrive.

Restocking Fees

Returns made after the 14-day risk-free returns time limit are subject to a restocking fee of 10% of the price paid. If an item is returned within the 14-day window but is damaged, missing any accessories or other items from the original box, or is otherwise unfit for resale, a restocking fee will be charged.

What Should I do if the Gear is Faulty?

As our products are "factory-fresh", your equipment is secured by a variety of guarantee services.
